These Denia Apartments were newly opened during summer 2006, in the beautiful town of Denia on the Costa Blanca.
We have two identical apartments in Suenos Del Mar - the most exclusive location in Denia - are
only 100m from the beach, 400m from the new Marina De Denia and the main street of Denia is
less than half a mile walk. There are
plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and a supermarket 200m from the apartments so everything you need is right on your doorstep.

Both the Denia apartments are corner ground floor and provide the largest floor area of any apartment in the development.
They have
full reverse air con/heating and comprise of 1 master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, 2 further double bedrooms (1 with
2 single beds), family bathroom with shower, large open plan lounge & dining area, kitchen, laundry room, front patio
including furniture, rear patio (overlooking pool including furniture & 5m roll out sun awning) & 4 sun lounges.
Both apartments have a private underground car park space directly underneath the apartment which is next to the
lifts.
The furniture and fit out of these apartments in Denia was supplied from the Marks & Spencer
Home Range including pure cotton bedding the only exception being the towels which are 100% cotton "Christy".
All the kitchen appliances in each apartment are Bosch - Fridge, Dishwasher, Dryer, Washing Machine.
LCD TV & DVD are Panasonic, also for the children a Nintendo Wii console with Wii sports games.
Childs travel cot including bedding and high chair is provided.
The apartments rentals are priced at the top end of the luxury market but with the exceptional standard
of fit out combined with the onsite private facilities and the exclusive location this makes them a unique
offering for the discerning customer requiring luxury holiday or long term winter let.
