The Apartments rentals are priced at the top end of the luxury market but with the exceptional standard of fit out combined with the onsite private facilities and the exclusive location this makes them a unique offering for the discerning customer requiring a luxury holiday or long term winter let.

Please note that a charge will be made for electric used during May, June, July, August and September

Please also note that a £500 security deposit is required three weeks prior to arrival, and a 25% deposit is required in order to confirm your booking.

Payments may be made by cheque or bank transfer.



Terms & Conditions.

TO MAKE A RESERVATION Complete the Booking Request Form. We will confirm its availability and send you an acknowledgement by e-mail. The booking will be guaranteed when payment has been received.

Only the named people on the booking may occupy the property. Any unauthorised change to the named people on the booking or the addition of extra people will automatically and without notice or refund of any monies paid bring the contract to an end. Changes to the occupants may be authorised by prior agreement with ourselves and payment of our admin fees at our descretion.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION To book, we need a deposit of 25% of the full rental for the duration that you would like. We require full payment twelve weeks prior to arrival, and a £500 breakage deposit three weeks prior to arrival. Should you need to cancel the booking, we need written, signed confirmation from the person that originally made the booking. A refund will be made subject to the following table of notice periods:

Over 12 weeks, loss of deposit only.
29-83 days - 50% refund
22-28 days - 30% refund
8-21 days - 15% refund
The breakage deposit will be refunded in full should you cancel.

The 25% Booking Deposit is non-refundable.

We do advise, therefore, that you take travel insurance to cover your cancellation costs.

If we are able to re-let the accommodation, we may, at our sole discretion, be able to increase the amount that we refund you (other than deposits).

Payment may be made by the following means:

1) By Cheque in Pounds Sterling
2) By Bank Transfer in Pounds Sterling

BOOKING AMENDMENT Should you need to change the dates of arrival and departure, please contact us immediately. Changes are subject to the availability of the property booked and may be subject to an additional administration fee and charges / refunds depending upon the rental rate difference prevailing between the date originally booked and the new date.

THE REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT This is a refundable deposit from which we will deduct any damage caused and the cost of any excessive cleaning that is required .

DAMAGE DEPOSIT REFUND This will be made 1 week after your departure less any costs incurred for excessive cleaning that is required over and above normal expectations. We check the property after you leave and we do request that tenants are honest about any breakage they may have caused.

RESTRICTIONS Please note that the apartments are strictly no smoking, and pets are not allowed onto the property of the apartments. People not named on the booking may not enter the apartments, the renter is responsible for controlling access during his / her booking period.

CLEAN-OUT FEE Should the apartment need additional cleaning over and above what would be reasonably expected at the end of the rental, then charges plus administration fees will be deducted from the refund of the breakage deposit.

DEPARTURES You must leave the property on your departure date by 10.00 a.m. We ask you to contact us to re-confirm your departure time at least three working days before you leave. Should you require a taxi to collect you, we can arrange this for you. Should you require a late departure, please advise us prior to your arrival and we will see what arrangements can be made. Late departures are subject to an additional day charge plus, at our descretion, any appropriate admin fees.

FORCE MAJEURE We reserve the right, in the case of force majeure resulting, and the property being rendered unsuitable for occupation, to substitute a property of similar standard and sleeping capacity, or at our sole discretion to refund all monies paid. We are not liable for any accident, loss or damage sustained during the let other than that provided for by English law.
